1950年国庆节前夕，一位代号为“中华一号”的国民党情报机关特工被中共派遣潜入敌营，成功获取了国民党针对我国庆活动精心策划的绝密情报——“天字一号计划”。这名特工迅速将情报通过驻扎在香港的中共特工009传递回北京的201情报处。然而，意外发生了：国民党安插在201情报处的卧底“蝎子” promptly intercepted the information and immediately reported it back to Taiwan Headquarters. This betrayal led to 009's exposure and suspicion cast upon "中华一号" by his superior,陶然. The incident triggered a high-level alert on both sides, launching a covert operation to eliminate internal spies. Both the Nationalists and Communists initiated secret efforts to uncover and neutralize moles within their ranks. Ultimately, through strategic counterintelligence operations, the Communist agents managed to expose and eliminate "蝎子," thereby securing the integrity of their intelligence network and ensuring the successful protection of the国庆 celebrations from potential threats posed by "天字一号计划."
