Nour, a 14-year-old boy, is enjoying the beginning of the summer holidays in the South of France. He is the youngest of four brothers, and they all live together in a council estate. Their life is marked by constant tension as they take turns caring for their mother, who is in a coma. Nour, the youngest, finds solace in playing Italian Opera for her, a music genre he grows to love while attempting to ease his mother's suffering. Despite his tender age, Nour also faces rising tensions at home and longs to escape to a faraway place. His life takes a turn when he meets Sarah, an Opera singer teaching summer classes. This encounter allows Nour to break out of his shell and explore new horizons, including enrolling in the Opera school where he discovers a passion for singing. As Nour delves deeper into his newfound passion, he also finds strength to confront his family's struggles. Meanwhile, their mother's condition remains unchanged, leaving the brothers to continue their emotional and physical journey of caring for her.
