陈键锋，1978年5月4日出生于香港，籍贯广东潮州，身高183cm，体重66kg，血型O型，星座金牛座。毕业于香港培正中学， fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and practices Christianity. He is represented by经纪人周坤燃 (Ivy Chau). Known for his roles in television dramas such as《学警雄心》,《律政新人王》,《美人心计》,《烽火佳人》, and《封神英雄榜》, he has achieved several accolades including the "香港十大健康之星", "首尔电视剧大奖中国区最佳男主角", "越南最受欢迎香港男演员奖", and "中国财经峰会的青年榜样奖". He also received a "红十字会特别铭谢状" for his contributions.
陈键锋's acting career began in 1999 when he won the新城电台全能DJ大赛 and was subsequently signed by经纪人Ivy周坤燃 to TVB. His breakthrough came in 2001 when he starred in《红衣手记》 alongside佘诗曼, marking his debut as a lead actor. He gained further recognition for his role in《律政新人王》, which earned him the Miryoku人气型格大奖. In 2003, he co-starred with吴卓羲,黄宗泽, and马国明 in《冲上云霄》, becoming part of the popular "S4" group.
In 2004, he starred in《学警雄心》as the introspective police officer Lee Po Cheuk, and later appeared in《肝胆昆仑》. In 2005, he starred in multiple dramas including《潮爆大状》,《凤凰四重奏》, and《识法代言人》. His role in《千谎百计》in 2006 earned him further acclaim, and he continued to star in the《学警》series with《学警出更》and《学警狙击》.
In 2007, he made his debut in Mainland China with《最后的格格》, playing the lead role of Wēn Liáng Yuè. This was followed by《律政新人王Ⅱ》in 2008, where he reprised his role as卓伟名Vincent. In 2009, he starred in《翻叮一族》and《廉政行动2009》, and appeared in《烟雨斜阳》.
In 2010, he moved to Mainland China after his contract with TVB expired. He starred in《美人心计》with林心如, which achieved a high viewership of 9.69, earning him the首尔电视剧大奖中国区最佳男主角 and 越南最受欢迎香港男演员奖. He also appeared in《盛女的黄金时代》and《财神有道》.
In 2011, he starred in《爱上微笑》,《微博达人》, and《廉政行动2011》, and appeared in《搜神记》. In 2012, he starred in《乱世佳人》as贺天, and later in《每个人都有秘密》and《烽火佳人》, where his portrayal of杜允唐 earned him a nomination for the白玉兰奖最具人气男演员.
In 2013, he became known as "姜教授" for his role as姜子牙 in《封神英雄榜》, which achieved high ratings and search volume. He also starred in《女人泪》,《十二金钱镖》, and《群英会》.
In 2014, he appeared in《铁血军歌》,《封神英雄榜2》, and《美人如玉剑如虹》. In 2015, he starred in《我们的千阙歌》,《同谋者》, and《异战》.
